Loan Analyst / Fieldman Position:

Responsibilities:

The loan analyst will assist loan officers by analyzing all credit and financial information for moderate to large farm operations. The incumbent must have the ability to communicate analyses through complete, concise, and conclusive written credit reports as well as verbal communication and will conduct farm visits verifying crops, livestock and farm equipment and writing detailed reports of these inspections. This is an entry level position with the opportunity to advance into a loan officer position. The successful candidate will have analytical skills, strength in mathematics, logic, computer technology, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work in a team environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred. Agricultural background or understanding of production agricultural on the High Plains. Adept in utilizing financial software programs and other databases integral in compiling financial data.
